Sleeping like a baby? I doubt it! | Lauri Leadley | Ep. 20
Still tired after 8 hours of sleep? It’s not just aging or stress—it’s a sleep problem!
In this episode, Dr. Kevin Wall sits down with Lauri Ledley, sleep expert and founder of Valley Sleep Center, to expose why sleep might be the root cause behind your weight gain, brain fog, and burnout
They cover:
- Why meds like Xanax don’t fix sleep—they block it
- The sneaky signs of sleep apnea (even in kids!)
- How inflammation, neck pain, and snoring are all connected
- Natural fixes that actually work—from breathing to body position
Sleep is where healing starts! If you’re not getting it right, nothing else works.
